COMMON QUESTIONS

I've tried GHK-Cu before and saw nothing. Why would this be different?

Most copper peptide serums use GHK-Cu at 3 to 10 parts per million — a concentration so low it produces no measurable effect. BioGlo is 2% — roughly 200 to 700 times the concentration of most products on the market. The dose is the difference. It wasn't you. It wasn't the ingredient. It was the amount.

How do I know the 2% GHK-Cu is real and not just a label claim?

We had the formula tested by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC — a method that confirms the exact molecular structure and concentration of GHK-Cu in the bottle. The Certificate of Analysis is available on this page.

Can I use this with retinol or vitamin C?

Can I use this with retinol or vitamin C? Retinol yes. Just not on the same night. Use BioGlo one night, retinol the next. Simple.Vitamin C no. This one is important. When GHK-Cu and vitamin C mix they create a chemical reaction that breaks down both ingredients. You end up with a weaker serum and a wasted vitamin C. Neither one does its job.The fix is easy. Use BioGlo at night. Use vitamin C in the morning. Never in the same routine. Most copper peptide brands never tell you this. That's because they have so little GHK-Cu in their formula it doesn't matter. Ours has 2%. It matters.

How long before I start seeing results?

Most customers feel skin is softer and more hydrated within the first week. Visible improvements in tone and texture typically begin around week 3–4. For firmness, elasticity, and reduction in fine lines, consistent use over 8–12 weeks delivers the most noticeable results. That's exactly why we offer a 90-day guarantee

What makes BioGlo different from drugstore peptide products?

The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptides is 1% GHK-Cu in a multi-peptide blend. NIOD CAIS retails at $90. BioGlo is 2% single-active, independently verified by HPLC, at $49.99 CAD. You're not paying for a name. You're paying for the dose and the proof.

Is this safe for sensitive or redness-prone skin?

Yes. Our formula includes panthenol and allantoin specifically to support sensitive skin. Copper peptides are generally very well-tolerated. We recommend patch-testing on your inner arm for 24 hours before full application. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, consult your dermatologist first.

How much should I use, and when in my routine?

2–3 drops is all you need for your full face and neck. Apply to clean skin before moisturizer. The serum works morning and night — morning before SPF, evening before your night cream. One 30ml bottle typically lasts 6–8 weeks with twice-daily use.
